Update script readme.

Leo - disabled starting BitTornado seed on Ghelmy so I could use rtorrent to seed it. This way we can see the seeding in action.

Leo - cleaned up comments.

Leo - script complete. Need to still kill OpenTracker and do some cleanup.

Leo - added Ghelmy's startup of OpenTracker. Corrently handles becoming super user.

Leo - added starting of OpenTracker.

Leo - added iperf client to Mickey.
