added screenshots with links in the README, example apikey.js

adding a real README after all this time

converted some component properties to constants

cleaned / comments for App, Locator. removed dataicons and replaced with importing PNGs

added fading circle to drawCurrentTimeMarker

eliminate state in WeatherGauge, use props instead

copy used data from json response in case future change in API

changed arrow functions to methods in App.js

add drawing description text, add drawing temp key, arrange elements in center gauge

implemented functionality for current location and refresh buttons

fixed canvas refresh bug, added height to main container so keyboard doesn't push things up
