liten fix: update AGENTS.md and frontend/backend files

fixat litegrannat i backend och frontend, tagit bort cron och uptime, lagt till AGENTS.md

correction of uptime and system metrics collection and display, added cron job for uptime collection

more monitoring added, including system and uptime monitoring. The frontend has been updated to display this new information, and the backend has been refactored to accommodate the new features. Additionally, some bug fixes and performance improvements have been made.

calendar filter features, cost forecast chart, and some styling updates for v1.1 release

added repo link to header and footer, added cost forecast chart, updated styles for better mobile support

new notes

chart forecasting the cost of using Claw for the current billing period, based on the usage so far. It takes into account the current usage and the number of days left in the billing period to provide an estimate of the total cost at the end of the period.
