Not much change in the implementation. Mostly cleaning the repo, adding visualization, V matrix parser, etc.

async working, it is set to select maximum instead of summation in E task computation. commit for Jennifer experiment

fixed the bug of asynchronous mode, moved plotting methods to separate file, put most parameters in the config dictionary...

added asynchronous update, but it does not work...
