This project features an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard built with Microsoft Excel to analyze employee attrition. It provides insights into key metrics like gender, education, job roles, departments, age groups, and marital status. The dashboard uses advanced Excel features, including Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Slicers, and dynamic
