adjust readme entry and bump version for next release

bump version for release 0.03

adjust to work with Mojolicious 6.0+

regenerate

move readme to markdown version, add links and adjust license

add service base class with an example and some documentation

bump version after first release

add one CPAN dependency - hopefully that will be enough

add author and copyright section, generate readme file and hook it up to the manifest

use an empty string when blessed() returns undef

bring the set method checks to the same level as the get method

provide default gets and sets method

add a manifest as well

add a makefile too

add a version number
