Declarative OpenTofu deployment for the OpenClaw AI gateway on a single Hetzner ARM server. Components declared as structured data are aggregated into a cloud-init payload with systemd dependency ordering, LUKS encryption at rest, per-service secrets isolation, and continuous encrypted backup to Cloudflare R2. Cattle, not pets.
