Initial commit of the Tier-zero storage document. This is still rather incomplete.

Added section about organic tiering with local storage and how that translates to shared storage. Improved and expanded the summary section to better close out the document.

Initial commit of TieringStorageBenefits document. It is fairly complete, but likely will require some editing and refinement of structure and some text.

Initial commit of document describing application level knowledge required to design ZFS-based storage systems.

Removed last section of document, which will become a new document of its own. Re-wrote sections about caching. Increased number of paragraphs, but reduced they overall size, improving flow. Rearranged some sections to further improve the flow of the document.
