Do not create the PR automatically for changes made by iflow-cli. claude did not create the PR. Let the user create the PR so that iflow-cli PR review can be triggered. After this works, we'll reconsider PR auto creation, which may be desired.

Added my custom trigger word to see if it works. It has not worked with the existing @iflow-cli /review trigger.

Change the trigger words from @iflow-cli to @my-iflow-cli. GitHub, somehow, keeps changing iflow-cli to iFlow-cli, and the action wasn't triggered.
