small case fix

make sure audio starts on app load if it should be started according to state

move sine curve calculation away from reducer (+ state), to be done in UI components

add store/devtools and add a separate app dev module that loads them.

remove an unnecessary typing

yarnify project, use @angularclass/hmr for element recreation and style cleanup

add yarn lockfile

rename harmonics.ts to harmonics.reducer.ts

update dependencies. separate component markup+css from ts. add container component as the root "dumb" component.
