Updated the rest of the build scripts. Added some required include files back in that got deleted

Deleted extra files from apps directory. Moved older ones to old and newer ones to new.

Updated build batch files for new layout.

Removed extra files from kernel directory. Pushed include and lib up into build subdirectory. Renamed/updated build batch file. Removed sidecar from kernel directory, as it is duplicated under apps.

Put license files in root.

Initial load of files from Roeland's repo and my repo.
