Running in open hubo

Merge branch 'master' of https://github.com/thedancomplex/hubo-ach-sim

reading ach and placing the values in values[]. now need to write a test controller to see if it works

modified what commit the open hubo is at in the updatesubmodule.sh

shows the robot when not in while loop, does not when it is in while loop. added simulation step forwards

commented stuff out and still not working, will rollback

problems with having the model update maybe it is becasue it is running as root

added option for viewer or no viewer -v means viewer

loads viewer

checking for colision once

compiling now works

push for neil

added some files

after the cruise

added a make file and an update submodule file still not compiling
