Latency and gitignore (#3)

Merge pull request #2 from tweekmonster/fswatch_exclude

Added option to add fswatch ignore patterns

Error log is always written

Remove rsync stderr tmp file on exit

A different noise is played if rsync generates errors

Added hash to jump straight to "Get fswatch"

Pass along the -u flag to the launch agent

Exclusing .DS_Store
