removed auth-config and auth functions. Added Locaiton Parameter to AddJob function so as to resolve an error, where that new job was incorrecrtly added to the new jobs list.

There was an infinte Loop error in Job Cards caused by the OnError handling of the Logo Image from the Old Image API. I switched to a new, free API, Logo.Dev and added new API Tokento Envirovnment Variable. I also changed the name of the existing environvment variables and switched the names across the api config.

synced up all the other CRUD services with api-config

altered react_app_key to react_app_token

added min and max hieght to jobcard in desktop.

tried to add animations but decided not to.

added overflow scroll property to job cards.

revised toggleExpand function for new layout.

resolved final row issue with cards.

fixed tracked job cards expanded container contents -

added flex grow property to job-information-container in expanded jobCard -- to better realign the triangle ::after arrow for the expanded container.
