Fix Go 1.26 compatibility and restore runnable build/test flow

Clone ssa with post-dominator enhancement to thirdparty within the repo.

Use anderson's pointer analysis for callgraph construction.

Fix incorrectly added diff file for tally.

New diff file for anderson's pointer analysis based callgraph.

Fix zap diff to reflect using anderson's pointer analysis for call graph construction.

Adjust the diff to match the output.

Fix testdata/test31.go file.

Add diff file for testdata/test31.go.

Adjust formatting to ensure minimal diff.

Handle indirect function calls to Lock/Unlock operations.

Remove unused functions and add some basic comments.

Do not use ssa.NaiveForm anymore.

Use type information to infer pointer to mutex and promoted fields.
