HTML Forms - Design a webpage for a survey. The goal is to use all the HTML Input Types properly. - Be creative on the way you use. Show that you can customize the parameters and behaviour of each element, when possible. - Create your own questions. Make sure to collect the user’s personal information. • Include multiple choice questions. - Questions with single answer. - Questions with multiple answers. - Make it look really good. Stylesheet. - The webpage should have at least one form for each method (POST and GET), thus at least two forms. • Explain why you decided to use the method for each form. - This exercise must be done individual, and must be handled by Friday, Oct, 4th. - Also handle partial version by the today’s class (Monday, Sep 30th)
