improve the fs test and add test cases for the some of the new error codes (ENOENT, ENODIR, etc) - more needs to be done

add Android emulator test server IP and comment

add _tmp__ to watcher ignore pattern (IDEA based editors create temporary files which contain that pattern, while editing files)

refactor fs test and add fs.hash tests

fix #2 test-server/server.js: 'Contet-Length'

test-fetch: add test-fail error reporting and readability; add a sub-sub-test for base64 string length

test-blob: remove the single type annotation from that non-Flow file

test server: 1) add ".git/" to the ignored-pattern for the watcher, 2) in the watcher callbacks replace "\" style slashes on Windows with the expected "/" style slashes
