use revised value K0 for SRGB

fixed compilation on some distributions

do a whole 360 degree turn instead of just 240 for coloring

oops: we did the reverse srgb transformation, do it forward!

replaced 100 with MAX_ITER

used srgb gamma correction and palette colors

used rainbow colors

added color()

used int for iteration count, simplified naive implementation

fixed 2x silly sizeof() mistakes
