got rid of wacky integration test

updated Rakefile and spec_helper to use newest version of RSpec

ignoring .bundle directory

added Gemfile

added rake task to run all the specs

removed unneeded adapter map registration stuff from adapters

got rid of the commented-out old implementation of dynamic class loading

removed specs and references to callback objects in the client

added and removed some requires from the client

simplified directing and rendering manifests

changed rendering manifest to no longer require a storyboard (for better compatibility with directing and rendering manifests)

tightened up standard envelope unpacking in resources using the new methods
