fixed timer bugs

pretty up the bastille runner

sort out the bastille build commands for bsd

couple of minor issues getting this running on FreeBSD /Bastille

graceful backout if getAddressList not found - needs this for freeBSD for some reason

strip out the rusage stats - not needed
