Public kData to use in some cases

Add parameters to set price text label and volume text label.

Fix bug when the model doesn't have MA data, the y axis start from 0. It makes the chart is difficult to see.

Fix wrong color for candles. When close > open, it is rising, should be rise color and vice versa.
