Pipeline for preprocessing non-contrast head CT: reorient to RPI, resample to 1 mm³ voxels, crop neck, denoise (\u03c3≈1 mm), and apply 0–120 HU masking to suppress extracranial tissue and residual bone. Produces cleaned NIfTI ready for brain and CSF segmentation.
